WAM
Well last night at WAM (Wendesday Nights at Messiah) my prayers for Little E and Erin were basically as follows:
- Erin’s health would return so that her body can be healthy and rested
- Little E would continue to develop as the Lord has planned and grow healthy and strong
- You (Lord) would teach and show me how to be the father you have called me to be for this child
- Erin and I would know how to bring Little E to You Father so that Little E might know You and follow You all the days
For some reason just understanding how to be a parent was on my mind last night. I know that people say that it will ‘all just come naturally’ but there are times that I still question the unknown. Not really in fear, but just a wonder and hope that we (Erin and I) don’t mess it up.
April seems so far away right now but I just know next thing we know it will be here and then a year will have passes in Little E’s life. It is amazing to see how time flys in the little ones that we are around through our friends.
