The Lacher Family

Oh the fun that the local splash park will be this summer and many summers to come! A few days ago we got you all dressed up in your bathing suit and water shoes and headed out to the back patio to play with the hose and spray attachment. You did not have really care to play around in the water but really just wanted to pick up the seeds the tree had been dropping… the good news is that you did not reject it. So the next day we got all ready and headed down to the tridge to play in the water. First we headed over to the far side and let Nuba swim after her water bone. You did not really care for it when she ran up out of the river and shook off by you but you did cheer and clap for her as she would swim out and get the water bone. We then headed over to the splash park so that you could have some fun in the water. After we finished covering you in sunscreen we headed in. You proceeded to sit down in the water and take off your water shoes… well no worries the ground is smooth and not hot. You then still were not sure what to make of the whole place and just stood looking at the water coming up out of the ground. After mommy and daddy got you on the ground and playing in the little baby sized fountain you started to get interested. After exploring the larger fountains of water coming out of the ground did not appeal to you so we just played with the little one. Oh how fun it was and I am sure that we will be back there a lot this summer and for years to come. Take a look at the fun.
