Over the holiday weekend we did have success with going number one after breakfast. But tonight we have big news to report. After dinner we came upstairs to get read for a bath. We went into the bathroom and sat down on the potty chair and started reading a book. Next thing we know… plop. That is right we had a big number two. This came with Emily letting us know she was done. With great rejoicing we put it in the big potty. Mommy and Emily went off to finish getting ready for the bath and daddy was running the bath. When they came back Emily said “potty”, turned around and lifted the lid on the potty, sat down and went number one! WOW! Okay mommy and daddy did much more rejoicing. Great job Emily.

Mommy and Daddy

We are starting down the potty training road… wish us all the best of success. We have had success right after breakfast and a big glass of milk.

After Thanksgiving I would have to say that it is a toss up on if you like “white” or “sweet” potatoes better. Either way, you like almost all vegies… given the day.

Emily you love to listen to music, everything from Motz (Mozart) to Veggi Tales. Today daddy put some Andrew Lloyd Webber on the stero in the living room and then picked you up. We were dancing all over the room. Daddy stopped for a little bit to see if we could talk on the webcam with Grandma and Grandpa, you leaned in and said “dancing”. So we headed back downstairs and danced some more to which you proceeded to fall asleep on daddy’s shoulder.
I Love You Emily

Last night we had Emily out for her second haloween and we all had a blast. After visiting a few friends house we came back home to hand out treats to those that visited our house. Emily hung out in the entry way with out playing on the floor with her pumpkin and treats… not knowing they were food but just playing like little toys. She was really getting into it and kept saying “more kids” and just waiting for more to show up.
