The Lacher Family

I have spoken with our agency a few times this week and have found out that a package is scheduled to arrive there on Monday and it is “likely” that the package contains our Travel Approval (TA)! This is a big deal – as soon as we have our TA, we can request our Consulate Appointment (CA), which is one of the last stops on the adoption trip when Julia will be issued her visa for entry into the US. IF our TA arrives on Monday, we are most likely looking at traveling in early March. That is only a few weeks away. I can’t believe it. The wait has really been hard on me (Erin) this week, but the prayers of family and friends have lifted me out of my funk. To receive our TA, and have a definite travel itinerary, will be amazing. I guess it might actually be time to start packing, huh?!
